The festivities kick off Thursday evening with a welcome cocktail party—a perfect opportunity to mingle and toast to the weekend ahead. Friday starts with a buffet breakfast before heading out for a 9-hole scramble on the beautifully manicured Wolverine course. Don't worry about your score; the real prize is our afternoon tour along the celebrated Traverse City wine trail, where you’ll sip and snap photos at three of Michigan’s premier vineyards. Saturday we take on The Bear for an 18-hole round on the resort’s legendary crown jewel. Designed by Jack Nicklaust this course will test your strategy, and reward your best shots.
In your free time pamper yourself at the full-service resort spa, lounge by the lake, or explore downtown Traverse City’s vibrant boutique shopping and local culinary culture. Extend your getaway with a trip to the iconic Mackinac Island just two hours north, where you can step back in time with horse-drawn carriage tours, historic sites, and picturesque scenery.
Note: Two regional airports service the area: Traverse City -TVC (6 miles) and Pellston, MI - PLN (85 miles). Larger vicinity airports include Grand Rapids, MI - GRR (198 miles) and Detroit - DET (273 miles)

Package Price
Member Package: $1779 double occupancy, $2289 single occupancy
Non-Member Package: $1859 double occupancy, $2369 single occupancy
Extend your stay: Additional nights $335 per room (includes taxes and resort fees)
Reserve Your Spot
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to confirm your spot. All package rates are per person and include resort fees and applicable taxes.
Travel insurance is recommended and typically must be purchased within 10 days of making your first deposit.
Payment Schedule
A second payment of $350 is due by November 15, 2026, a third payment of $500 due by March 15, 2027 and the final balance is due by July 15, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit of $250 is non-refundable and non-transferable. A cancelation prior to November 15, 2026 will receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancelations by April 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund less the deposit. After this time no refunds will be paid although substitutions are allowed within 10 days of cancelation.
