A 2017 weather event impacted the course which plays today as a10-hole game. The Meadows is an 18-hole championship course featuring breathtaking mountain vistas, and Greenbriar’s signature stacked bunkers. Upgrade to play 18-holes on Old White, the cornerstone of Greenbriar’s golf heritage which played host to countless past and present greats of the game.
During free time indulge in more than 50 activities offered on this 11,000 acre playground. Visit The Greenbriar Spa featuring legendary mineral springs known for restorative powers, tour an active bunker, tour the grounds by carriage, try your luck at the nation’s only private casino, and wonder through beautifully appointed public rooms steeped in a rich history.

Package Price
Member Package: $1,929 double occupancy, $2,499 single occupancy
Non-Member Package: $1,989 double occupancy, $2,579 single occupancy
Extend your stay: Additional nights $395 per room (includes taxes and resort fees)
Reserve Your Spot
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $275 is required to confirm your spot. All package rates are per person and include resort fees and applicable taxes.
Travel insurance is recommended and typically must be purchased within 10 days of making your first deposit.
Payment Schedule
A second payment of $600 is due by October 15, 2025, third payment of $750 due by February 15, 2026 and the final balance is due by July 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit of $275 is non-refundable and non-transferable. A cancelation prior to November 15, 2025 will receive a full refund less the $275 deposit. Cancelations by March 15, 2026 will receive a 50% refund less the deposit and after this time no refunds will be paid. Substitutions are allowed within 10 days of cancelation.
