Women on Course values our members' privacy and we do not share personal contact information - unless it relates directly to an event communication. As a benefit of WOC membership, members can message each other through our online message center.

Exclusive apparel and accessory savings are available for WOC members. Follow these steps to find discount codes with WOC-preferred partners.

5. How do I cancel my event registration?


Follow these steps to cancel your participation in an event on the website. If this is a prepaid event and you are within the refund period, cancelling on the website constitutes written notice and will trigger a refund less the cancellation fee.

  1. Login to the WOC website member area.

6. How do I add another person to an existing WOC reservation?


Once you have made a reservation on the WOC website, additions cannot be made on the website.

  • To add additional guests email the course name, event date, guest name, and email address to [email protected].
  • If this is a prepaid event, an invoice will be emailed to make your payment.

7. How do I make a golf pairing request?


The day before the event, WOC will email the golf pairs and tee time. We do our best to honor requests as long as they are made 48 hours in advance.

  • At the time you make your online reservation, add your request in the notes section:

  • To add a request after your have made your online reservation, email [email protected]. Include the course name, event date, and your request.

8.How do I add the handicap service?


Women on Course is a USGA official club offering our members and annual handicap service through the Southern California Golf Association at a cost of $40 per year.

Email [email protected] and we will email you an invoice for this service. Once paid you will get an email from the Southern California Golf Association with your GHIN number and a link to your account to enter your golf scores.
