Join us for a fun 19th hole series to learn the art of cocktail and canapé making led by Florida's celebrated Chef’s Garden culinary team Jen and Jamey. In this class we will be enjoying Rose Cocktails and learning the art of bite sized appetizers as we make mini Beef Wellingtons with mushroom duxelles and horseradish cream. Price includes a detailed ingredient list and instructions on how to make the perfect “Rose All Day” cocktail and mini Beef Wellingtons and accompaniments.
This event welcomes the first 20 people who RSVP. A Zoom link will be emailed to all participants in advance to easily join the event from your computer, iPad or phone!
