Q: What is Women on Course?
Women on Course is an organization dedicated to connecting and encouraging participation in the golf lifestyle by highlighting the business, social and fitness benefits of the game. We’ve designed national events and a web-based program which removes the classic barriers that have caused women to overlook the game. We invite women to participate by providing introductions to players and resources.  Through creative events, entry to golf programs, membership, and access to ‘women welcome’ resources such as fashion, lessons and golf courses, we make it easy for women of all skill levels to become involved in the golf lifestyle.

Q: Do I have to be a golfer to attend a Women on Course event?
Not at all, in fact one third of our guests have very little knowledge of the game. Women on Course designs events that fit a busy women’s schedule.  Happy Hours provide a welcome environment for women of all skill levels to meet others with similar business and golf interests.  Golf events provide a choice of activities ranging from our signature clinics to course play at some of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the country. 

Q: Who typically attends Women on Course events?
Women on Course guests and members are fun, interesting and accomplished women from varied  and diverse backgrounds.  They are women looking for an introduction to the game or access to other players.  They may or may not be a regular golfer, but our members see the value golf brings to her business and personal life.

Q: How is Women on Course different from other women’s golf organizations?
Most golf organizations focus on one thing -- organized golf activities focused on getting the ball in the hole.  While we offer events to play and learn the game, our focus is to connect women with all the benefits that the golf lifestyle has to offer.  Our programs facilitates business and social networking, and highlight the fashion, fitness, travel, 19th hole and luxury components which surround the world of golf.  So even when you are not swinging a club, you can live the golf lifestyle and take part in all the benefits.

Q: Are there local chapters?
Women on Course is coming to an area near you!  We are opening Women on Course Clubhouses nationwide to enhance our local presence and expand the golf experience.  Our ‘virtual’ clubhouses are built around a group of members with similar schedules and interests who enjoy the golf lifestyle on a regular basis.  Clubhouse managers, trained and supported by Women on Course, plan outings and facilitate connecting members with similar goals.  Interested in starting a Clubhouse?  Contact us for more information.
